This week we are focusing on writing and reviewing standards with which the students struggled with on the recent MiniTouchstones.
Students who are revising and resubmitting their argumentative essay must turn in the attached Resubmission Reflection Form along with their original scored rubric and the revised essay by Monday 3/4/19. Please note that there will not be a help session this week before school on 2/28/19. Help sessions should resume next week. The week of February 18- February 22 school is closed for Winter Break. Students are expected to read for at least 30 minutes a day in a book of their choice. In addition to their daily reading, students should complete at least 5 entries in their reading log. Students received the reading log in class on Friday 2/15/19. A copy of the reading log is attached for your convenience. Completed reading logs are due by Wednesday 2/27/19.
