Mrs. Hayes
7th Grade ELA
Cooper Middle School: The Hidden gem of cobb county
This week we begin testing for the GA Milestones. Please have your students to bed by 9pm the night before they take a test and arrive at school in time to eat breakfast the day of testing. To maintain a quiet testing environment, the office will not be able to call into computer labs while students are testing for early dismissal. Some testing groups will take the test in the morning each day and other testing groups will take the test in the afternoon session each day. Your student's homeroom teacher can tell you if your student is in a morning or afternoon testing group. Most students will take the test with their homeroom teacher.
During testing, student personal items will have to be placed in the student's locker. Items that cannot fit in lockers should be left at home. This includes electronic devices such as cellphones, smart watches, smart glasses, tablets, personal calculators, etc. The seventh grade testing schedule is as follows: Wednesday 4/17: ELA Section 1 Thursday 4/18: ELA Section2 and Section 3 Thursday 5/2: Math Section 1 Friday 5/3: Math Section 2
